Experience & Background
Kimberly S. Andrascik is the managing member of Andrascik & Tita LLC. Her practice is focused in the areas of real estate finance and securitization. She has experience in rating agency (NRSRO), investor, servicer, special servicer, and borrower representation in transactions involving securitization, mezzanine financing, senior, subordinate and pari passu debt financing, post-closing modifications and defeasance transactions.
Prior to serving as managing member of Andrascik & Tita LLC, Ms. Andrascik was a partner at the law firm Dechert LLP in the firm’s finance and real estate group in Philadelphia and London. Ms. Andrascik has been active in the CRE Finance Council (formerly Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA) and has served on various committees and the Board of Governors for the European chapter of the organization.

Education
Ms. Andrascik is a graduate of Shippensburg University (B.A., 1997) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude, 2000).
